Opening - ITTA - Application and Systems Administrator II

We are seeking a detail-oriented ITTA - Application and System Administrator II to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the IT help desk, clients, vendors, and other IT personnel to troubleshoot incidents and ensure optimal performance of various systems that directly impact students, faculty, and staff. You will document issues and resolutions in our ticketing system, monitor system and database logs, and assist with hardware and software support.
