Meet your NACCU Volunteers:
Becky Estey
This is the latest installment of the NACCU series highlighting our association volunteers. NACCU provides programs and services to our members, many which would not be possible without the dedication and commitment of our volunteer leaders. Volunteers, whether they are a committee member, a Board member, or an onsite volunteer at a conference, are all important in making NACCU volunteer-driven programs an exceptional experience for our card industry peers.

What do you like about volunteering with your NACCU committee?
I honestly love giving back to my card office community. Networking is key in order for us to all get through this craziness we call Card Offices, to be able to lean on colleagues for their institutional knowledge is one of best ways for valuable insight.
What three people would you want with you on a desert island?
I would take Captain Jack Sparrow, my husband, and Jamie Oliver!
If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?
I would be a owl, for it symbolizes wisdom and spiritual awakening. Plus, I think owls are so cool in general. I have an owl tattoo!
What is your most used app on your phone?
My most used app on my phone is iMessage.
If you could see any movie or read any book again for the first time, what would it be and why?
Ha, ha, so many movies would fit here. I'm going to go with Silence of the Lambs, because this psychological thriller masterpiece had me, at the age of 15, wanting to be an FBI agent, conducting detective work, delving into the minds of criminals to solve mysteries. Now look at me, I'm data mining on meal plan access and housing swipes. This is my detective work these days - so much trouble shooting.
