We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our fast-growing SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the higher education campus card SaaS market, a proven track record of building demand generation strategies, and the ability to scale marketing operations in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify growth opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue.
- Demand Generation and Lead Management
- Oversee the creation of campaigns to generate and nurture leads across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, blogs, paid ads such as CampusIDNews, SEO, webinars, etc.).
- Optimize the customer acquisition funnel, ensuring strong ROI on marketing spend.
- Content Marketing and Brand Positioning
- Develop content that reinforces our value proposition and thought leadership in the campus card SaaS market.
- Ensure consistent Atrium brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Product Marketing
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Create messaging and sales enablement tools tailored to target personas including case studies.
- Marketing Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CLV).
- Public Relations and Media Outreach
- Draft, distribute, and manage press releases to announce company milestones, product launches, partnerships, and other newsworthy events.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry journalists, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor media coverage and manage responses to press inquiries.
- Event and Trade Show Management
- Plan and execute the company’s presence at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to design engaging booth experiences, including demos, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop pre-event and post-event marketing strategies to maximize ROI from trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, including booth design, staffing, promotional giveaways, and on-site technology setup.
- Measure and report on the performance of trade show efforts, including lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline impact.
- Existing Client Marketing and Upselling
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at existing clients to promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, AtriumCare and sales teams to identify upsell targets and craft tailored messaging for each customer segment.
- Create and manage customer engagement programs such as webinars, email campaigns, and exclusive content to showcase additional product features and benefits.
