Did you know you can help keep our data tidy?

Are you inspired to tidy up at the beginning of the year, or in the spring or fall as seasons change? Maybe clean your closets or reorganize your shelves and drawers? So are we! We’d like to confirm we have accurate information in our database.

Prop Fuel Emails

Members will receive a series of emails asking if information is correct and if not, please click on the included link to update your information. Most emails will be sent to the primary contact for each institution, but some will go to all members. When you receive one of these emails from Jörrun via Prop Fuel, they are legitimate, and we encourage to you engage. The information you type into the text box will automatically update the corresponding field in your member or campus profile on the NACCU website!

You can also take the initiative and go update your data now! Log in to the website and go here to update your individual profile. Check your contact information, your job title, and if you haven't already, add a profile photo!

Then, if you are a primary representative for your institution, click here to update your Campus Profile (if you are with a college or university) or your Vendor Xchange Profile (if you are with a company.) Once you update the organization's profile, you can also check the individuals under your membership and add anyone who needs access, and delete anyone who has left your organization.
