Process, review and reconcile financial transactions related to a One-Card system. Query data and extract reports to evaluate card production and financial plan data. Routinely prepare vendor payments, journal vouchers, refunds and daily deposits. Maintain up-to-date digital and paper records. Operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain POS and card production equipment. Deliver superior front desk customer service, coordinate coverage, and serve as back up for other Card Services Specialist duties. Audit card office front desk operations and participate in the resolution of operating irregularities. Provide direction and leadership to ensure office activities comply with policies and procedures. Respond to routine client service issues. Coordinate card production and fundraising events. Develop related communications materials, including instructions, manuals, mass emails and website updates.
