Opening - ID Office Customer Care Specialist

Assumes responsibility for the administration of the University of Hartford’s identification (ID) card program providing a “one card system” for all employees and students, overseeing the administration of the meal plans, building access, billing and financial reporting. Performs all duties in full support of the University’s mission understanding that the positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the University’s students.
