The Opportunity:

Join our team as an Access Controls Specialist where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to campus UCF employees. You'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of office functions in administrative support of our Facilities & Business Operations (FBO) leadership team. This position involves overseeing TRAKA system management and administration, key request administration (including contractor key access management), Access Control management for applicable buildings, and Outlook calendar management for reference of building access and University Access Policy management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage TRAKA box administration for all FBO, including new user setup and maintenance of existing boxes.

  • Handle GGM, Building Master, and contractor TRAKA access through the formal request process.

  • Troubleshoot all TRAKA box issues and handle warranty claims.

  • Update the KM/SAR spreadsheet and generate access requests through the formal process.

  • Manage contractor key access management and database requests, maintaining accurate records for active contractor building access requests.

  • Liaise with project managers to coordinate contractor access to university spaces.

  • Administer door access control requests for applicable buildings through the DNAFusion system.

  • Troubleshoot door access issues for applicable personnel if access does not function as expected or required.

  • Perform and maintain data entry of key records in support of the Facilities Operations Lockshop.

  • Manage the fuel Key request process through PeopleSoft, AiM, and FuelMaster systems.
