There is no official dress code for the conference. You'll see everything from sneakers to full business suits. But MOST attendees wear business casual attire. Bring a light jacket or sweater as it can get cold in meeting rooms. Make sure you pack your swimsuit if you wish to go for a dip in the Upper Banff Hot Springs!
Transportation from the Calgary Airport to Banff
There are many shuttles departing from the Calgary International Airport that will help make your trip to Banff a breeze.
Please ensure you make your own travel arrangements from the airport to Banff. Some attendees may be arriving in Calgary at the same time and may wish to arrange travel on the same shuttle together, or meet up at the airport to hitch a ride with local attendees who are taking their own cars to Banff.

Post-conference University of Calgary campus tour

Should you be departing for the airport immediately after the conference, please be sure you bring your luggage down with you to breakfast on Thursday to load onto the bus (or into your car if you have brought your own vehicle).
There will be a place to store your luggage if you need when you arrive on campus. For the tour, be sure to dress in layers, wear comfortable walking shoes or boots, and bring gloves and a warm coat.
If you are returning to Banff after the campus tour, our bus will depart first for the Calgary Airport from Hotel Alma, located at the heart of campus, and return immediately to Banff afterward.
