Conference registrations are rolling in at NACCU 2020, and we are still bringing inexhibitorstoo. You'll see some companies who are new to the NACCU exhibit hall, so be sure to stop by their booths and welcome them and tell them you are glad they joined us! If you have a vendor who isn't exhibiting, please reach out to them.
Educational sessionsare listed by block so you can decide which session to attend in each block. We recommend attending at least one roundtable session and at least one Gold session. Our Gold sessions are presented by our Gold level corporate members who do a lot to support NACCU.

Ready to broaden your management and leadership skills? The NACCU Book Club is for you! Join us to read and discuss management and leadership books which will help you understand diverse perspectives and connect with ideas that may be relevant to your work and/or life.
Our NACCU Book Club selection is Delight Your Customers by Steve Curtin. Do your front-line customer service staff know the difference between their job function (knowledge and skills) and their job essence (motivation)? How does this distinction affect the way they interact with students and other card office customers and partners? Is it always necessary to “delight” your customers? Or should you focus on removing obstacles and making things easier for your customer? We’ll meet on Tuesday, February 25th to talk about this and more!
