Access management is a critical component of your campus security plan. That’s why we’re excited to offer an exclusive opportunity to learn how HID Global delivers solutions to meet the unique challenges that universities face.

You’re invited to attend a free, post-conference red carpet tour of the HID Global headquarters. You’ll begin the day with a tour of the HID Global state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and observe how their products, built to secure campus environments, are made. You will also tour the HID Innovation Showroom, as well as ASSA ABLOY’s Mobile Innovation Showroom, for hands on demonstrations and displays showcasing the full process of access control and door opening solutions.

The tour includes breakfast-to-go, transportation from the  Renaissance Hotel to HID, lunch, and return transportation to the Renaissance Hotel or Austin-Bergstrom International Airport by 3:30 p.m. There is no cost to participate in the tour, but registration is mandatory for transportation planning.

A Day Pass includes access to all programs and events on the day of the pass.

Traveling with a guest? Guest tickets are available at $50 each for the Opening Reception, Awards Luncheon, and Closing Event.

Exhibitors with Exhibit Hall Only passes will only have access to the Exhibit Hall, but may purchase a Meal Plan and/or Guest Tickets to attend other events.
