NACCU New Member Highlight:
In this latest installment of our New Member Highlight, we catch up with Terry Schulenberg with new NACCU member Princeton Identity.
What is the exact name of your company?
What does your company do?
Princeton Identity (PI) is the identity management company powered by biometrics. PI offers practical, cost-effective and viable identity solutions, expanding the use of biometrics from high-end security systems into the mainstream.
What products and services do you provide specifically to campus card operations?
We have two main products that we offer to schools. Our Access200 Biometric Reader can be used with your existing campus one card system to provide high-traffic areas the ability to leverage biometrics in place of the card, for touchless access and payments. Campuses are doing everything they can to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our Access200 Reader provides secure access while wearing masks, goggles and gloves. There is no need to remove your protective gear to use our reader. The second product is Temperature Scanner for checking individuals for a fever. See our new product information below.
Is there a new product or service you want to tell us about?
Yes! Princeton Identity offers a Temperature Scanner that works in conjunction with our Access200 Reader for controlling access at a door. Before a door is actually opened, we require that individual check their temperature with our Scanner. If the individual does not have a fever, the door will be opened. If a fever is detected, then the door remains locked.

What are you hoping to gain from your NACCU membership?
Princeton Identity's products fit well in the Higher Education market. More and more schools are looking for additional ways to protect their campuses as we start this new year in a very different back-to-school format. Our products give them some alternative solutions to what they are currently doing without having to switch over to something completely foreign, and without replacing a lot of technology that has been put in place over the last few years.
When we began our focus on the Higher Education market, we looked at different associations that were supporting the college campuses well. NACCU offers up a wealth of experts throughout the university community who are constantly striving to improve the safety and convenience for their faculty, staff, and students.
We hope you enjoyed learning a little about Princeton Identity and Access200 from Terry as we welcome them to the NACCU community!
