In this latest installment of our New Member Highlight, we catch up with Joe French with new NACCU member

eXpress badging specializes in photo identification badge issuance and rebadging services using our exclusive Cloud Based Badging™ ID management software, professional equipment, and card-tech trained staff. 

We use a decades-old and proven eight-step issuance process designed to meet your project's scope of work and timelines. eXpress badging also installs, trains, and supports photo ID badge management systems using our hosted Cloud Based Badging™ software that offers photo submission via email and our mobile credential - Veonics Virtual ID Badge™. We use the same issuance solutions for both rebadging services and on-premises systems, providing expertise in the products we support.

Is there a new product or service you want to tell us about?

Cloud Based Badging™ - eXpress badging introduced the industry's first 100% securely hosted photo identification management system back in 2016; we call it our Veonics Portal™. What is unique about our Portal? It does not require any local software other than a standard internet browser. Portal licensing allows multiple users in a team to manage issuance per print location with unique logins. It is very secure and offers the ability to integrate with an organization's source SIS and HRIS database. The Portal has a built-in Veonics Portal CELLfie™ feature allowing the campus to request photos from faculty, staff, and students for new-capture, photo rejects, or updates of old photos.

Using the Veonics Virtual ID Badge™ feature, a URL is emailed to the card-user so they can display their badge on their favorite mobile device along with the badge status and other relevant ID card data.  The Portal's badge design module uses logic statements to manage multiple badge templates. Logic statements auto-select the correct design when printing to your favorite on-premises PVC badge printer or visitor ID printer. If your print job is too large, stressing your resources, then queue your print job to eXpress badging. Our staff will access your print queue, print, and return your badges in a matter of a day or two.

What are you hoping to gain from your NACCU membership?

eXpress badging has hundreds of healthcare and business customers using our Veonics Portal™. Our goal is to expand our customer base into the higher education industry. We believe our Cloud Based Badging™ platform will provide campuses with a single solution offering a better process to manage ID card issuance.  In some cases, our mobile-friendly Veonics Virtual ID Badge™ can replace the printed ID card altogether.
