In this latest installment of our New Member Highlight, we catch up with Lori Gager with new NACCU member Cobalt Fire Software.

What is the exact name of your company?

Cobalt Fire Software, LLC

What does your company do?

Cobalt Fire Software is a premium software development company that creates customized applications for customers who want unique and powerful solutions to serve their needs.

What products and services do you provide specifically to campus card operations?

iQueue is a line management tool/service that can streamline serving students and replace a physical line with a virtual one. iQueue will allow students to "sign-in" from anywhere and make appointments for chat, video conference, in-person, or phone call service. It also allows a campus to triage student issues, or message students via text or display. iQueue can show metrics and customer service data to manage business efficiencies.

Is there a new product or service you want to tell us about?

iQueue's features have expanded to assist with the COVID challenges, like appointment scheduling and integration of video conference or chatting. We are currently preparing to roll these features out in our next update, which is free to all current customers.

What are you hoping to gain from your NACCU membership?

We hope to gain exposure for our iQueue line management service that can help colleges and universities manage crowds, and practice safe social distancing.
