Dear NACCU Members,

I hope you are all well during this uncertain time. On behalf of the NACCU Board of Directors I wanted to send a personal note to keep you up-to-date on the state of our association.

While we are all disappointed that we cannot meet together in Austin for the shared learning, collaboration, and networking of our annual conference this year, the good news is that NACCU staff and volunteers have been working diligently to provide alternate solutions that will continue to add value for your institutions:

  • An accelerated schedule of webinars on a variety of timely topics
  • Weekly Zoom calls to address the changing business environment and how we continue to provide service to students and internal customers on our campuses
  • New opportunities to learn from your peers and vendors in live and on-demand formats, as well as the chance to view corporate member products virtually
  • And, as expected, the NACCU institutional listserv is seeing increased traffic as school members support each other in identifying solutions in many areas related to campus cards, auxiliaries, and other student services

We will continue with our Annual Business Meeting in April, although it will be in a new, online format. More details on our Annual Business Meeting will be shared soon, as well as the NACCU Awards program, which will also be presented virtually.

I am grateful to see the NACCU spirit of sharing and collaboration continue, and we look forward to seeing you next year in Cincinnati/Covington!

Best Regards,

David Anthony
NACCU Board President
