NACCU Statement on COVID-19 - March 11, 2020

Hello NACCU family,

NACCU leadership and staff continue to closely monitor the coronavirus health concern and daily developments. NACCU desires to proceed with our conference as planned, however our first priority is the well-being and safety of attendees and staff.

At this time, the NACCU annual conference is planned to run as scheduled; we will continue to assess the available guidance from authorities and provide timely updates. We are working around the clock to explore multiple options to bring a successful event to fruition, and will continue monitoring the situation.

There is helpful information about COVID-19 disease prevention, as well as travel tips, on the Center for Disease Control website which we encourage you to review. Recognizing that the situation will continue to change over the coming weeks, the following sources may be helpful for you to have the most current information:

My university has also banned all domestic travel, so I am interested in the cancellation policy and registration refunds as well. Thank you, Jody

Our university has banned all travel, domestic and international. Will the cancellation fee be waived due to this nationwide issue? Thank you - Mary Lee

Our university (all in our system) has just denied any staff/faculty travel out of the state. I am very disappointed, is there a refund policy? Thank you - Amy
