NACCU 2019: What have you learned that others can benefit from?

Each year, there are over 60 educational sessions scheduled for the NACCU conference. These sessions are made possible by you, our members.

  • What new things are you doing in your office?
  • What new program have you launched that was well received by the campus?
  • Have you recently changed systems or found new ways to streamline your operations?
  • How have the DOE banking regulation changes affected your operations and what are you doing to keep moving forward?
  • How do you handle training new student workers?
  • How do you manage the crowds at orientation?
  • Are you an expert at navigating social media and marketing?

The possibilities are endless. What have you learned that others can benefit from?

We are a friendly audience. You don’t need to be a professional presenter. Presenting at NACCU is like getting together with a group of your friends. This is a great way to get your feet wet in terms of presenting. You don’t even have to present on your own. Invite a colleague to co-present with you.

If you are a seasoned veteran, think about your first years as the card office manager and what you wish you had known. What golden nuggets of information can you share with our new card office managersTell us about your journey to set up a card program or take over an existing operation. Or, submit an Intermediate or Advanced proposal and focus on your fellow veterans.

Not sure what you can present about? Give me a call or contact Jörrun at the NACCU Office to have a chat about how you can contribute to the upcoming annual conference.

Thank you for helping make the 2019 conference educational program the best yet!
