You'll see some companies who are new to the NACCU exhibit hall, so be sure to stop by their booths and welcome them and tell them you are glad they joined us! If you have a vendor who isn't exhibiting, please reach out to them.
Educational sessions are listed by block so you can decide which session to attend in each block. We recommend attending at least one roundtable session and at least one Gold session. Our Gold sessions are presented by our Gold level corporate members who do a lot to support NACCU.

From the Executive Director: 25 Years Dawn Thomas, Executive Director of NACCU
It is the end of March, and we have under four weeks until the 25th Annual NACCU Conference!
As I sit here almost two years into this position with NACCU, it is even more clear the commitment from leadership and volunteers to plan and grow your association. Plan new, plan structure, plan committees, plan programs, plan differently, grow content, grow volunteer participation, grow membership, grow business partner involvement, grow feedback opportunities – all with the intent of improving the value and services to members and staying relevant in a field where things do not remain the same for a long period of time.
As I shared last year around this time, intent is important, but action is crucial. Change has been the only constant in the last year – new committees, new volunteers, new training, new members, new processes, new content, new technology, new dashboards – and isn’t that exciting!?
This year again promises to be one with new programs, services and opportunities – many that will be in uncharted territory for NACCU. We will continue to push the envelope on how the organization evolves and becomes more relevant in the digital/mobile ID era. What will our partnerships look like? What will the industry look like? How will your campus offices and services be different? Are our members the same offices on campus as they were 25 years go… or 5 years ago? How will students expect to use your services ten years down the road? We need to talk about this now in the context of the NACCU value proposition: NACCU provides members with access to a network of identification and transaction resources to integrate and streamline campus operations, and enhance the student experience.
As we continue on this journey, I hope you will call me with ideas and suggestions as we begin to plan for the next 25 years!
