Melissa Neidigh, University of Montana

Melissa Neidigh serves as the Associate Director of Operations in Residence Life at the University of Montana. She has over ten years of experience in the campus card program. Her background includes change management, organizational development, policy development and process improvement.  Melissa earned a BS in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and her MPA from the University of Montana. She serves on the UM Diversity Advisory Council and was recently selected to participate in UM's Women's Leadership Initiative. Melissa is currently president-elect of the NACCU Board and has also served on the Professional Development Committee and as a SAGs faculty member. Melissa completed the Missoula Marathon in July.
