Indala Honors MAC Systems, Inc. With Certificate of Excellence Award

Indala presented the Certificate of Excellence award to MAC Systems for its outstanding performance and collaborative relationship with Indala.  Increasing sales of Indala products by 320% in 2002, MAC Systems partnered with Indala to provide superior service to high profile companies such as Bristol Meyers Squibb, the Mitre Corporation, and MIT.  MAC Systems has been a dedicated customer of Indala since 1993.

"Clearly MAC Systems enjoyed outstanding growth with Indala products in 2002, yet it was their collaborative spirit that caught our attention,” said Marc Freundlich, president of Indala.  “On more than one occasion, MAC Systems and Indala worked together to deliver effective and innovative solutions for their customers.  It gives me great pleasure to recognize companies like MAC Systems for their outstanding performance.  They are certainly deserving of our Certificate of Excellence award."

  One of the technical and customer support challenges that Indala and MAC Systems overcame together included completing a custom badging effort using three different graphic designs while meeting aggressive lead time requirements.
