John K. Brueck Jr. Joins SmartCentric Technologies US LLC As Regional Sales Manager

SmartCentric Technologies International Ltd (SmartCentric) is delighted to announce that John K. Brueck Jr. has joined SmartCentric Technologies US LLC as Regional Sales Manager, North America .

John joins SmartCentric at a time when demand for contactless card solutions using smart technologies is rapidly increasing. He will focus on expanding sales particularly in the campus market, where he has an in-depth knowledge of the specific requirements of colleges and universities, having served as Director of Campus Card Services at Nova Southeastern University from 2003-2006.

While at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), John was responsible for vision, planning and execution of all new and existing card technology and associated ID infrastructure for all NSU Campuses and specific colleges/schools. He also positioned NSU as “Best in Class” within the Higher Education marketplace for use of Smartcard Technology with their implementation of a new state of the art campus card system, using a combination of contactless and contact technologies. Most recently John has been General Manager with Faircom Corporation .

John brings with him a wealth of knowledge in relation to campus card systems, biometrics, physical security and telecommunications, but most importantly an understanding of the campus card requirements and key drivers which will help him solve core business issues with technical and card based solutions.
