Off-Campus Advantage Unveils New High Speed Transaction Solution New system to replace existing dial up technology BOSTON- January 31, 2007- Off-Campus Advantage, LLC (OCA), a leading provider of off-campus payment services for colleges and universities— formally known as SA Cash— has debuted their new proprietary high-speed DSL transaction technology.
