Prize drawings will also be held - you do not need to be present to win, but you must be present to enter. You can win a variety of great prizes donated by our corporate members. 

In addition to the NACCU drawing, many exhibitors will be holding prize drawings at their booths.

NACCU Learning Labs are 20 minute presentations held in the Exhibit Hall.

Disney's Business Behind the Magic Tour    $280
1:30PM - 5:00PM

This tour requires a minimum of 25 registrants by January 4, 2017. If we have not met the minimum, the tour will be canceled and registrants will receive a refund. So if you are interested in participating, please register by January 4. The fee does not include food and beverage or theme park tickets.

(Highlights from Disney’s Approach to Quality Service, Brand Loyalty and Inspiring Creativity)  The "Utilidor" System: Journey beneath the Magic Kingdom® Park to visit support systems designed to improve the experiences of Cast Members and Guests alike. (Highlights from Disney’s Approach to Brand Loyalty and Inspiring Creativity)  Concepts from at least one Disney Institute core topic are featured at each location throughout the tour, along with quantitative examples of how each area successfully implemented those concepts. 

Participants must be at least 16 years old and carry government issued photo identification (Driver’s License, etc.). There is walking involved, so comfortable shoes are recommended and attire should be suitable for current weather conditions. Closed toe and closed heel footwear is required. Please notify the NACCU Office if you need any special accommodations.

Be sure to bring your conference badge with you if you are exploring Walt Disney World before joining us for the closing event.

NACCU Night Out: Spirit of Aloha Luau
7:00PM - 10:00PM (subject to change)

Celebrate the spirit of aloha with spellbinding dancers, drummers, and a show-stopping fire-knife performer at Disney's Spirit of Aloha Luau. Guest tickets are available for this event. More information coming soon.

Post-conference campus tour of University of Central Florida
8:00AM

The fee to add the campus tour to your conference registration is only $50.

Join us for a tour of the UCF campus.

Grab breakfast to go, then board the bus to UCF! Enjoy the hospitality of the UCF team as you tour UCF Card Services, Campus Recreation Center, Technology Commons, Housing, and other card-related areas on this minimal walking tour. Lunch will be provided. The bus will stop at the airport by 2:00PM before returning to Disney’s Contemporary Resort by 3:00PM.

Includes optional 2PM dropoff at the Orlando International Airport before heading back to the hotel. Bring your luggage on the tour with you for airport dropoff.

If you are a member of NACCU, please first sign in to the website using your individual user name and password. If you need login assistance, please use the Contact Us link at the top of this page. Login is necessary to confirm eligibility of discounted fees for members.

Step 2   Complete your contact information and answer the questions on the form. You may click on underlined questions for additional detail. Click NEXT.
