Conference Registration Rates
Conference registration will open in mid-November.

What is Included with Conference Registration?
Full registration includes:
- Admission to keynote and general presentations
- Admission to educational sessions
- Admission to breakfasts on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Admission to lunches on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Admission to refreshment breaks
- Admission to the Exhibit Hall
- Admission to conference events, including the Opening Reception (Sunday), the Exhibit Hall Reception (Tuesday), NACCU fitness events, and the NACCU Night Out closing event.
- A registration packet, which includes a conference bag, conference program, and other materials
A day pass includes the above meals and events held on the day you attend.
Hotel Room Rate
Hotel room reservations will open in mid-November.
All conference sessions and events will take place at Disney's Contemporary Resort. We recommend reserving your room early as this is a very popular resort and our room rate is under half the going rate.
The NACCU room rate is $189 per night.
Room reservations are scheduled to open on 11/15/2016.
The hotel is sold out outside our room block. To ensure your room will be at the Contemporary and not an alternate Disney property, we strongly encourage you to act quickly.
The NACCU block of rooms are located in the Contemporary South Garden Wing.

The events below are included in your full conference registration. If you are traveling with a spouse or friend, or if you have an Exhibit Hall-only badge, you may purchase guest tickets to the following conference events.
Opening Reception - $50 per person 17 and above; free for a child 16 and under
Awards Luncheon - $50 per person
Closing Event - $50 per person 17 and above; $25 for a child 16 and under
Guest tickets may be purchased online prior to the conference or at the registration desk during the conference.
If you have purchased a full conference registration, these events are already included in your registration. These fees are for your non-registered guests only.
Exhibitor booth registration is opening in late October. Gold, Silver, and Bronze corporate members: please watch for an email from Dawn Thomas, NACCU Executive Director, for your pre-invitation by membership level.

Each booth includes two passes to the exhibit hall. You may purchase additional passes from Event Producers if you plan on having over two representatives per booth space.
Exhibit Hall Only Pass - $100
Exhibit Hall Only Meal Package - $300
Exhibit Hall Only Passes do not include entry into meals and breaks. Exhibitors have the option of purchasing a meal package. The meal package includes breakfasts, lunches, and breaks on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
The NACCU Night Out closing event is not included in the meal plan, but you may purchase a Guest Ticket (above) if you wish to attend.
Full refunds will be given for cancellation requests received through March 1, 2017. There is a 50% refund for cancellation requests received through March 15, 2017. NO REFUNDS will be given after March 15, 2017 or for no shows at the conference.
