Why exhibit at NACCU 2017?
Exhibitor terms & conditions
There is no better way to reach the institutional campus card market than to exhibit at the NACCU Annual Conference.
Reach Out to Campus Card Professionals
As the only association serving the national and international campus card transaction industry, NACCU is the one source dedicated to high-quality educational programs, resources, services, and tools. NACCU offers members infinite advantages in networking, developing partnerships, leveraging technology, problem solving, insight sharing, and professional development.
NACCU presents an annual conference bringing together a variety of individuals from a wide array of disciplines and management perspectives. Participation in our 24th Annual Conference is the single most cost-effective method to reach out directly to current and prospective clients and customers. Through this event you can share the particular niche you fill in the campus card marketplace. Our conference attendees have the common goals of establishing, expanding or refining campus card programs at their institutions and businesses. We hope you will take advantage of this special once-a-year opportunity to reach a unique group of campus card professionals.
Dedicated Exhibit Hall Hours … and More
The exhibit hall will be open for nearly seven hours with nearly 6 hours of exclusive, dedicated time, offering a good flow of attendee traffic. Prize drawings will occur throughout exhibit hall hours on Tuesday. Attendees must be present to enter the drawings.
Each exhibitor will be listed on the conference website and program. Additional opportunities for higher visibility and recognition for your company are available through a variety of sponsorships and by donating items for exhibit hall giveaways. Opportunities may fill quickly, so to coordinate your sponsorship or to discuss giveaways, contact Dawn B. Thomas, Executive Director, at (602) 395-8989 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exhibitors will receive two exhibit hall badges with each booth space rental. These badges allow access to the exhibit floor only. Additional exhibit hall badges may be purchased in advance. In addition, we encourage at least one person from every company to register for the conference. This enables you to learn what is happening on campuses today and helps you in preparing to meet the needs of this constantly changing marketplace.
We will see you in Orlando!

Reasons to Exhibit at NACCU 2017
Who are the attendees at the NACCU Annual Conference?
Our attendees are the people on college and university campuses who manage the ID card program.
In some cases, these programs are huge departments with many employees, and in others, there is one person who wears many hats - and everything in between. Whether your company is looking for accounts with large clients or for personal relationships with smaller institutions, there is something for you at NACCU. Here are the websites of just some of our institutional members.
Because each institution has its own structure, these programs can fall under Auxiliary Services, dining, student services, campus security, finance, or other departments.
How many individuals attend NACCU?
There are typically between 500-600 people in attendance. In 2015, there were 353 institutional attendees representing 206 colleges and universities from USA, Canada, and beyond.
