ECCA Releases "Current State-of-the-Art in Campus Card Systems Survey" Report
The European Campus Card Association (ECCA) has published their report regarding results from the survey on the “Current State-of-the-Art in Campus Card Systems."
The global participation in the survey of 181 educational institutions from 28 countries has provided a valuable depository of information, which will be of importance to the on-going development of eID credentials and campus card systems in educational institutions.
The initial findings of the survey were presented at the ECCA Annual Conference, which was held at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in Poland, May 22-24, 2016.
The on-going support provided by NACCU is important to the continued development of ECCA and they are very grateful for this support. ECCA is pleased to share this report with colleagues in NACCU.
The mission of the association is to assist the institutions of higher education in the Member States of the European Union and other European Countries to implement and operate campus card programmes by facilitating information exchange, by developing European standards where appropriate and by acting as a forum for interaction between the institutions and other agencies with an interest in campus card applications in Higher Education.
