Do your student employees' eyes glaze over when you start talking about red flag rules? Are your employees more interested in playing Candy Crush than learning about the card office? Do you sometimes find yourself serving as life coach instead of a supervisor? This session will discuss how to effectively hire, train, engage, and develop student employees. It will also address the unique challenges student employees and their supervisors may face and how to overcome them. Proper onboarding, ongoing training, and clear expectations will empower student employees to reach their full potential and takeaway more than just a paycheck.
