If possible, please use these airlines to book your travel to the conference. Any flight you
book through these airlines using the NACCU meeting file number will aid NACCU in keeping expenses down for the year by helping us gain free flights. Alamo Rent-A-Car has been selected to provide discounted car rentals to attendees. Delta Air Lines is offering special rates which allow you a 5% discount off Delta's published round-trip fares within the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, San Juan, Nassau and the U.S. Virgin Islands. By purchasing your ticket 60 days or more prior to your departure date, you can receive and additional 5% bonus discount. (Applicable restrictions must be met. Seats are limited. No discounts apply on Delta Express)A 10% discount will be offered on Delta's domestic system for travel to the meeting based on the published unrestricted round-trip coach (Y06) rates. No advance reservations or ticketing is required, but if you purchase your ticket 60 days or more prior to your departure date, you can receive an additional 5% bonus discount. No discounts apply on Delta Express.
Special guaranteed round-trip Zone Fares are also available to all cities served by Delta and Delta Express in the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, San Juan, Nassau and the U.S. Virgin Islands for savings on midweek travel to the meeting. Two day minimum stay; no Saturday night stay required. Only seven days advanced reservations and ticketing. Fares are fully refundable, less administrative service fee. US Airways has been designated one of the official carriers for the attendees of the 1999 NACCU Annual Meeting. US Airways agrees to offer an exclusive low fare for the attendees.
This special fare will offer a 5% discount off First or Business Class and any published US Airways promotional round trip fare. A 10% discount off unrestricted coach fares will apply with 7 day advance reservations and ticketing required. Plan ahead and receive an additional 5% discount by ticketing 60 days or more prior to departure. These discounts are valid provided all rules and restrictions are met and are applicable for travel from all points on the US Airways' route system. These discounts are not combinable with other discounts or promotions.Additional restrictions may apply on international travel.

If you are not renting a car, discount coupons are available for the Transtar Transportion shuttle service. Coupons can be printed out directly from the web here, or can be faxed to you. Coupons may be redeemed at any one of the three Transtar ticket counters located outside of the baggage claim area. The Transtar shuttles depart every 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. Guests need only make reservations for their return pickup 24 hours prior to departure. This will all be explained by the customer service representative upon arrival.
