USA & CANADA - Tickets will be sent to you by certified mail if received by January 21, 1999. Orders received after this date may be picked up at the CPS office.
INTERNATIONAL GUESTS - Mail Delivery is not available. Registrations received thirty (30) days prior to the conference may be picked up at the CPS office. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5pm. Please call upon your arrival at 407-851-5122.
REFUND POLICY - Tickets can only be refunded if received in the CPS office within 14 days following the conference. Unused portion of your convention tickets are not refundable.

A trip to Kennedy Space Center is being organized by Convention Planning Services, Inc, AT&T CampusWide Access Solutions is sponsoring a tour of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and CyberMark is sponsoring a tour of University of Central Florida. Kennedy Space Center

The dream and commitment of space exploration is alive at the Space Center! Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is growing by leaps and bounds. Guests begin their space journey on a shuttle bus tour of the secured area that includes visiting the new Apollo/Saturn V Center, the Launch Complex Observation Tower and the International Space Station Center. Guests may leisurely get on or off the bus at the three main stop points. At the Launch Complex guests are transported to an observation deck that is 4 1/2 stories high, less than 1 mile from the Launch Pad and provides a spectacular, panoramic view of the Vehicle Assembly Building, Launch Control Center and Crawlerway. The International Space Station Center will give guests the opportunity to view the actual Processing Facility where each modular Space Station is check out, processed and readied for its trip into orbit. The centerpiece of this fabulous tour is the Saturn V Center which is a 100,000 square foot attraction that houses the actual refurbished 363 foot tall Saturn V moon rocket, one of only three moon rockets in existence. View two new lifelike theatre presentations: "The Firing Room" and the "Lunar Surface Theatre." Lunch is on your own. Drive time is approximately on hour each way. Come experience a new era of galactic excellence at KSC!

Come experience the University of Central Florida's Smart Card Program. CyberMark is hosting a free tour to the UCF campus on Wednesday, March 24, 1999. Hosted in conjunction with the 1999 National Association of Campus Card Users annual meeting, this chartered tour begins at 9am and returns at noon. The bus will depart from the Clarion Plaza Hotel in Orlando.
