The National Association of Campus Card Users was formed in 1993 to serve the colleges’ and universities’ campus card users educational and resource needs. Your participation in the 6th annual conference will indicate your interest in supporting the campus card market with your goods and services. Attendance at our conference is the single most cost-effective method to meet customers and inform them of the particular photo-exhibit.JPG - 9311 Bytes niche you fill in the campus card market. The 600 people who will attend our conference come from all walks of the college and university campus and have a common goal of establishing an all campus card at their institution.

Conference participants come to learn about the latest in technologies, trends and solutions to campus card operations. The show is an integral part of the conference providing participants an opportunity to review the latest products and services available to assist their efforts in implementing the all campus card.

Each exhibitor is listed in the conference program provided to all registrants. The Buyer’s Guide is an additional opportunity for increased visibility provided for corporate members. You may purchase a page in this guide which will be included in the registration packet.

Show hours will include dedicated time for participants to visit the exhibit floor.

Mailing labels can be provided for pre-conference mailings. A list of registrants will be available after the show for your use.

Networking Opportunities
With registration, your corporation will receive 2 exhibit hall badges which will allow access to the exhibit floor only. Additional exhibit hall badges may be purchased for a pre-conference price of $25. The price at the door will be $50. Conference meals are $140 a person and can be purchased prior to the conference. Hospitality suites will also be available for exhibitors to lease.

General Information
The 6th Annual NACCU Conference will be held at the Clarion Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida. All exhibit space, educational sessions and other events will be held on the hotel grounds. A room block for sleeping accommodations has been reserved at the Clarion from 3/19 – 3/25 and a backup hotel will be available if needed. The NACCU rate is $ 135 single or double + 12% tax.

Exhibitor Services
NACCU has retained GES Exposition Services as the provider of exhibitor services and the electric will be provided by Trade Show Electric. GES will provide you with an exhibitor kit at least 60 days prior to the show.

5 pm - 7 pm Grand Opening of the Exhibit Hall (no other event scheduled at this time)
Monday, March 22, 1999
7 am - 11:45 am Exhibit Hall Open
11:45 am - 1 pm Awards Luncheon
1 pm - 6 pm Exhibit Hall Open (1-2 pm no other events scheduled)
Tuesday, March 23, 1999
7 am - 12:30 pm Exhibit Hall Open
12:30 pm - 5 pm Exhibit Hall Breakdown (must be out by 5 pm)
Final Exhibit Hall times will be reviewed by the Corporate Advisory Committee in November and a recommendation for any changes will be given to the Board of Directors.

To Reserve a Space

  1. Complete application and contract for exhibit space listing your top 4 choices of exhibit spaces. Priority will be given to current corporate members with Gold corporate associates receiving choice locations.
  2. Mail contract with full payment of booth space fees. Payment can be check, MasterCard or Visa. Check should be made out to NACCU. All fees payable in US funds.
  3. Space assignments will have preference by date contract was received. There are only 69 spaces available, with 61 on the exhibit hall floor and 8 in the lobby area (see diagram).

Conference Information
Exhibitors are encouraged to register for the conference in order to take full advantage of educational sessions and networking opportunities. Exhibitors not wishing to register for the conference may purchase a ticket for the opening event or a full conference meal package.
