The 1999 NACCU Conference will be held at the Clarion Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida. The facilities are located adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive and within Plaza International, which features a variety of attractions, entertainment, shops and restaurants...all within a short stroll from the hotel.
The Hotel is within 15 minutes of Orlando International Airport, Walt Disney World and other area attractions. The building itself features 810 guest rooms spread out over 14 stories and 60,000 total square feet of meeting facilities. The hotel also features several restaurants, a lobby bar, live music and dancing, and a heated pool and jacuzzi. Reservations are held on a tentative basis and subject to cancellation if not confirmed by either a deposit equal to one night's room plus 11% state/local and 1% Orange County Surcharge or guaranteed to a major credit card at time of booking. Cash, travelers checks and major credit cards are accepted. Advance deposits are refunded provided your reservation is canceled three days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations within the three day period are subject to penalty of the first night's room and tax. Please retain your cancellation number. Refunds cannot be granted and all subsequent rights and accommodations are released and will be based on space availability should you arrive on any date other than your scheduled date.
