Exhibit Booth Application Form

Targeted Market
Participation in our 111h Annual Conference is the single most cost-effective method to reach customers and inform them of the particular niche you fill in the campus card market.  The registrants have a common goal of establishing, expanding or refining all-campus cards at their institutions and businesses.

Take advantage of this once-a-year opportunity to reach a unique group of campus card professionals.

Exclusive Trade Show Hours
The Exhibit Hall will be open over 8 hours during the 11th Annual Conference, including 5 hours of dedicated time for participants to visit the exhibit floor.  Prize drawings will occur during Dedicated Exhibit Hall hours and winners must be present to claim prizes.

Visibility
Each exhibitor will be listed in the conference program provided to all registrants.  Additional opportunities for higher visibility and recognition for your company are available through sponsorship opportunities, donating items for exhibit hall giveaways and advertising in the conference program. To coordinate your sponsorship, contact Pat Faulkinberry, Business Manager, at 334.808.4258 or pat@naccu.org.

You will also be provided the opportunity to purchase ad space in the conference program.  For rates and specs, contact Kevin Pearcey at 334.808.4258 or kevin@naccu.org. Gold Corporate Members are entitled to a full-page ad and Silver Corporate Members are entitled to a ½ page ad as part of their membership benefits.

You may also gain visibility by donating items for the exhibit hall giveaway to be held during dedicated exhibit hall hours.  Contact the National Office at 334.808.4258 or naccu@naccu.org for more information.

Marketing Opportunities
Exhibiters will receive an electronic file containing the contact information of conference registrants one month prior to the show for pre-conference mailings. The electronic file will be e-mailed to the contact person listed on the booth application.  A list of registrants will be provided in the conference program.

Networking Opportunities
With each booth space rental, your corporation will receive two exhibit hall badges, which allow access to the exhibit floor only.  Additional exhibit hall badges may be purchased in advance for a pre-conference price of $75 each.  The price at the door will be $100.

Conference meals are $195 a person, which includes the opening reception and the awards luncheon, breakfasts and buffet lunch.  Individual tickets to the opening reception or to the awards luncheon are $50 per person for each event and can be purchased prior to the conference.

We encourage at least one person from every company to register for the conference. This enables you to learn what is happening on campuses today and helps you in preparing to meet the needs of this constantly changing marketplace.  Member conference registration rates are $450 for a regular registration and $395 Early Bird rate when registering before Friday, January 19, 2004.  The non-member registration rate is $595. This year, NACCU is also offering Day Passes with a member rate of $200 and non-member rate of $300.
