Market
Participation
in our 10th Annual Conference is the single most cost-effective
method to reach customers and inform them of the particular niche you fill in
the campus card market. The
registrants have a common goal of establishing, expanding or refining all-campus
cards at their institutions and businesses.
Take
advantage of this once-a-year opportunity to reach a unique group of campus card
professionals.
The
Exhibit Hall will be open over 8 hours during the 10th Annual
Conference, including over 5 hours of dedicated time for participants to visit
the exhibit floor. Prize drawings
will occur during Dedicated Exhibit Hall hours on Friday morning, and winners
must be present to claim prizes. The
grand prize of a free 2004 conference registration will be announced at the
Awards Luncheon.
Each
exhibitor will be listed in the conference program provided to all registrants.
Additional opportunities for higher visibility and recognition for your
company are available through Sponsorship
Opportunities, donating items for exhibit hall giveaways and advertising in
the conference program. To
coordinate your sponsorship, contact Ron Pierce, Executive Director, at
334.808.4258 or execdir@naccu.org.
You
will also be provided the opportunity to purchase ad space in the conference
program. For rates and specs,
contact Ron Pierce at 334.808.4258 or execdir@naccu.org.
Gold Corporate Members are entitled to receive a free full-page ad and Silver
Corporate Members are entitled to a free ½ page ad.
You
may also gain visibility by donating items for the exhibit hall giveaway to be
held on Friday, March 7. Contact
Debra Kelly, Associate Director for Marketing and Development, at 334.808.4258
or debra@naccu.org for more information.
Exhibiters
will receive an Excel file containing the contact information of conference
registrants one month prior to the show for pre-conference mailings. The Excel
file will be E-mailed to the contact person listed on the booth application.
A list of registrants will be provided in the conference program.
With
each booth space rental, your corporation will receive two exhibit hall badges,
which will allow access to the exhibit floor only. Additional exhibit hall badges may be purchased in advance
for a pre-conference price of $50 each. The
price at the door will be $75.
Conference
meals are $195 a person, which includes the opening reception and the awards
luncheon, Thursday, Friday and Saturday breakfasts and Monday’s buffet lunch.
Tickets to the opening reception or to the awards luncheon are $50 per
person for each event and can be purchased prior to the conference.
Hospitality
suites are also available for you to lease through the New Orleans Marriott.
We
encourage at least one person from every company to register for the conference
to enable you to learn what is happening on campuses today and to help you in
preparing to meet the needs of this constantly changing marketplace.
Member conference registration rates are $420 for a regular registration
and $375 Early Bird rate when registering before Friday, January 10, 2003.
The non-member registration rate is $520.
Enhance
your company’s visibility by participating in “Sales Pitch Wednesday!”
This year NACCU will host a series of pre-conference Sales Pitch
presentations where corporate members have the opportunity to “SELL” their
products and services to conference attendees.
NACCU will offer 16 presentation slots (four presentations running
consecutively over four hours) on a first-come, first-served basis.
The 2002 Sales Pitch Sunday program was a huge success.
Don’t miss your opportunity! For
more information, contact Ron Pierce at 334.808.4258 or execdir@naccu.org.
The
10th Annual Conference will be held at New Orleans Marriott in New
Orleans, Louisiana. All exhibit
space and educational sessions will be held on the hotel grounds.
Room blocks have been reserved at the New Orleans Marriott from March 1
– March 9, 2003. The NACCU rate
is $189 for singles and $213 for doubles per night.
Make your reservations by calling the New Orleans Marriott at
504-581-1000 and referring to the group code NACCU.
Because
NACCU’s 10th Annual Conference begins the day after Fat Tuesday,
the biggest day of Mardi Gras in New Orleans, there will be some difficulty in
getting to the hotel. Exhibitors
need to make plans early to reserve hotel rooms and ship materials to New
Orleans. Additional information
will be available in the Exhibitor’s Packet after registering for the show.
