Delta's Special Meeting Fare…..Call 1-800-241-6760

Delta Air Lines is offering special rates which allow you a 5% discount off Delta’s published round-trip fare* within the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, San Juan, Nassau, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Caribbean.  By purchasing your ticket 60 days or more prior to your departure date, you can receive an additional 5% bonus discount.

*Applicable restrictions must be met.  Seats are limited.  Booking classes I and U are not eligible for Delta Meeting Network discounts.

A 10% discount will be offered on Delta’s domestic system for travel to the meeting based on the published unrestricted round-trip coach (Y06) rates.  No advance reservations or ticketing is required, but if you purchase your ticket 60 days or more prior to you departure date, you can receive an additional 5% bonus discount.  Booking classes I and U are not eligible for Delta meeting Network discounts.

Special round-trip Zone Fares are also available to all cities served by Delta and Delta Express in the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, San Juan, Nassau, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Caribbean for savings on midweek travel to the meeting.  Two day minimum stay; no Saturday night stay required.  Only seven days advanced reservations and ticketing.  Fares are fully refundable, less administrative service fee.

To take advantages of these discounts, follow these simple steps.

1. Call Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 1-800-241-6760, Monday – Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (800-2300 EST). Or, have your travel agent call Delta’s toll-free number to obtain these same advantages for you.  Refer to File Number 181465A.

2.  Travel in the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, San Juan, Nassau, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Caribbean only.  These discounts are available only through the Delta Meeting Network. Reservations toll-free number, 1-800-241-6760.

 Attention Travel Agents: The meeting identifier code must appear in the tour code box on all tickets issued in conjunction with this even.  Failure to do so may result in a debit memo for the travel agency issuing the ticket.  Contact Delta Meeting Network for details.

United Airlines Meeting Discounts - 1-800-521-4041

United Airlines is delighted to serve NACCU's 9th Annual Conference.  If you or your travel agent call United's toll-free number - 1-800-521-4041 - to book your reservations, you will receive a 5 % discount off the lowest applicable discount , including First Class or a 10% discount off full fare unrestricted coach fares, purchased 7 days in advance.   An additional 5% discount will apply when tickets are purchased at least 60 days in advance of your travel date.  Discounts also apply on Shuttle by United and United Express.  Call United's Specialized Meeting Reservations Center at 1-800-521-4041 to obtain the best fares and schedule information.  Make sure you refer to Meeting ID Number 594XT.  Dedicated reservation agents are on duty 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight EST.
