Conference Travel

In order to help Conference attendees save on transportation costs, NACCU has entered into agreements with American Airlines and Southwest Airlines to provide discounted airfare to and from the conference. NACCU has also entered into an agreement with Enterprise Rent-A-Car to provide discounted vehicle rental rates for attendees. NACCU is still negotiating with shuttle companies for discounted service. Once an agreement with a shuttle company is reached, the information will be made available on this page.

Discounts have been negotiated with: American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Fares on American Airlines are discounted 5 to 10 percent. If you book 60 days in advance, you will receive an extra 5 percent discount. To get the discounted rates, you or your travel agent may call the American Airlines Meeting Services desk toll free number at 1-800-433-1790. Please provide the representative with the NACCU AN# 6530UE.

Southwest Airlines is offering a 10% discount on most of its already low fares for air travel to and from the 7th Annual Conference. You or your travel agent may call Southwest Airlines Group and Meetings Reservations at 1-800-433-5368 and reference I.D. Code L6760. Reservation Sales Agents are available 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday and 9:30 am - 3:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday. You must make reservations five or more days prior to travel to take advantage of this offer.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been selected to provide discounted rental cars for the NACCU Conference. They carry 60 different makes and models, including specialty vehicles like the Volvo 960, the convertible Mustang, and the 15 passenger van. Enterprise also maintains an office at the Fairmont Hotel where the conference will be held. Rates and reservation instructions are included below.
