The Fairmont Hotel is located 3.1 miles from the airport in the heart of downtown San Jose and is the centerpiece of the city's renaissance. The hotel is adjacent to the city’s light rail transit line and is within walking distance to the San Jose Museum of Art, The Tech Museum of Innovationand live theatre, symphony, opera, and ballet. The 21 story building features 541 deluxe guest rooms, including 41 suites, and ample meeting space for the breakout sessions and exhibit hall.

In anticipation of another record-setting conference, NACCU has reserved additional rooms at the Hyatt Sainte Claire. The facility is also located in historic downtown San Jose and within walking distance to many attractions. The Fairmont Hotel is located just a short walk away. The Hyatt Sainte Claire's facilities include 70 guest rooms with 17 suites, an Italian restaurant and bakery, and many other amenities. Executive king rooms that include computers and internet hook-ups are available.
