Q.
What is the best way to get to Walt Disney World® Resort from
the Orlando International Airport?
A. You
have several options:
Disney's Magical Express
Service is complimentary.
You do
not have to pick up your luggage when you arrive; Disney takes
you from the airport to check-in, while your bags go
straight from the plane to your room. (Note that sometimes
your luggage arrives several hours after you do.) When
your trip is over, you and your bags are whisked back
from your Disney Resort to the airport. You must book at
least 10 days in advance.
Other
transportation options from the Orlando International Airport
include shuttle, limousine and car rental.
Mears
Airport Shuttle is available from Orlando International Airport
to your Walt Disney World® Resort hotel. Shuttle tickets may be
purchased at the time of boarding. For return to the airport,
the shuttle boards at the entrance of every Walt Disney World®
Resort hotel. Make reservations 24 hours in advance and allow a
minimum of two hours before flight time. Call (407) 423-5566.
To make
arrangements for Limousine and Town Car Service, guests may
contact Star Transportation at (407) 888-5530.
Alamo® Rent
A Car, the Official Rental Car of Walt Disney World® Resort, is
conveniently located at the Orlando International Airport and at
the Car Care Center near the parking exit of the Magic Kingdom®
Park. For Emerald Club customers, National Car Rental® is also
located at the Car Care Center. Shuttle service to and from your
location is provided seven days a week, Monday through Friday
from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00
a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Holiday hours may vary.) Shuttle service
should be scheduled at least one hour in advance. Call (407)
824-3470 for shuttle service and reservations.
